Auto Apply Pro is committed to protecting your privacy. Your profile data (name, contact information, work history, education, and skills) is stored exclusively on your device using Chrome's local storage API. We never transmit, collect, or have access to your profile data.

Data We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service:

License verification data: A device identifier is sent to our servers solely to verify Pro license status. No personal information is included.
Usage analytics (anonymous): We track aggregate daily auto-fill counts to enforce the free tier quota. This data is not linked to any personal identifier.
AI-generated content: When you use the cover letter or screening answer features, the job description and limited profile facts you provide are sent to our AI provider to generate the response. This data is processed in real-time and not stored by us.

Data We Do NOT Collect

Your full profile (name, email, phone, address, work history, education, skills)
Your browsing history or the sites you visit
Your resume file contents
Any personally identifiable information beyond license verification

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe handles your payment information directly — we never see or store your credit card details.

Data Retention

We do not store your personal data. License verification data is retained only as long as your license is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting support@peakproductivity.online.

Children's Privacy

Auto Apply Pro is not intended for use by children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
