ListingFix is a Chrome extension that scores the currently open Etsy listing on title, tags, description, images, and attributes. This policy describes what data ListingFix handles, where it lives, and what it never does.

Data ListingFix reads

• The public HTML of the Etsy listing page you have actively open, when you click Audit. ListingFix never reads pages outside *.etsy.com.
• Your settings (toggles, shop keywords, default market, UI language), stored locally on your device via chrome.storage.
• Your audit history (last 5 entries on the free plan, last 1,000 on Pro), stored locally on your device. Each entry contains the listing URL, title, score, and the fixes generated by ListingFix. Etsy listing HTML itself is not persisted.

Data ListingFix sends

• License verification: a random device identifier and (if you activate Pro) your email are sent to peakproductivity.online/api/extension-license/etsyedge/check-license. No shop content is sent.
• Anonymous growth events: first_open, first_action, first_key_action, activation, paywall_hit, pro_feature_attempted, pro_feature_blocked, modal_opened, modal_closed_no_action, plan_selected, checkout_start, checkout_redirect, paid_conversion. Each event carries the random device identifier, the extension version, and the UI locale. No personally identifying information is included.
• Newsletter opt-in (only if you submit your email on the welcome page): forwarded to the newsletter provider for the ListingFix Tips list. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click.

Data ListingFix never does

• ListingFix does not connect to your Etsy account, never asks for OAuth, and does not require an Etsy API key.
• ListingFix does not upload your listing HTML, your shop dashboard, your customer data, or any photos to a vendor server.
• ListingFix never modifies your listing. Every suggestion is yours to copy into the Etsy editor.
• ListingFix does not sell user data and does not use user data for purposes unrelated to the extension's core feature.

Storage location and retention

Local: chrome.storage.local on the user's device. Cleared when the user uses Clear audit history in Settings or uninstalls the extension.

Server: license records on peakproductivity.online are retained while the subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted. Anonymous growth events are aggregated and retained for up to 24 months.

Your rights

You can delete your local audit history at any time from the Options page. To delete your license email from our server, write to support@peakproductivity.online. We reply within 48 hours.

Children

ListingFix is intended for use by adults running Etsy shops and businesses. It is not directed at children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and announce the change in the ListingFix Tips newsletter at least seven days before it takes effect.
