Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the ListingFix Chrome extension and the ListingFix pages on peakproductivity.online. By installing or using ListingFix, you agree to these terms.

The service

ListingFix scores public Etsy listing pages and shows you a prioritized list of fixes. ListingFix does not modify your Etsy shop, your listings, or any third-party service. You apply every change yourself.

Subscriptions and refunds

• Pro is $9 per month or $59 per year, charged via Stripe. We will never auto-convert your monthly subscription to annual.
• You can cancel at any time from your Stripe receipt in one click. We do not run a retention call queue.
• Refunds: if ListingFix does not work for you, write within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund the period in full.

Acceptable use

• You will not reverse-engineer or relicense the extension code without permission.
• You will not use ListingFix to scrape Etsy at scale, send automated requests, or violate Etsy's Terms of Service. The extension reads only the listing tab you have actively open.
• You agree that ListingFix does not guarantee any specific search rank, sales lift, or revenue outcome. SEO is probabilistic.

Disclaimers and liability

ListingFix is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Productivity disclaims all warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement). Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.

Third parties

ListingFix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. Etsy is a registered trademark of its owner. Use of the word "Etsy" describes the marketplace ListingFix audits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of business. Disputes go first to good-faith conversation; if that fails, to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the date and announce the change in the ListingFix Tips newsletter at least seven days before it takes effect.
