By installing or using MailPing ("the extension"), you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short and plain-language.
MailPing is a Chrome extension that lets you see when emails you send through Gmail are opened, by injecting a 1×1 tracking pixel into outgoing messages. It is operated by Peak Productivity (the "we" / "us" in these terms).
You agree not to use MailPing to:
Pro and Team subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. Cancel any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds, but if you bought Pro within the last 14 days and have a genuine concern, email support@peakproductivity.online and we will refund without argument.
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee it. If our backend is unreachable, the local popup will still show your tracked-email history; new opens will be queued and counted once the backend is back.
MailPing is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from missed opens, missed replies, deliverability issues caused by the tracking pixel, or any indirect/consequential damages. Aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months (which is $0 if you are on the Free plan).
You can stop using MailPing at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate Section 3 (Acceptable use), with or without notice.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via the extension popup at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by discussion will be settled in the courts of Zürich.
