Short version: Your prompts never leave your browser. We do not collect, sell, share, or analyze the prompt content you store with this extension.

1. What we do not collect

The contents of any prompt you save, edit, search, copy, or insert. Every prompt operation runs 100% locally inside your browser using chrome.storage.local.
The contents of any tab, page, message, or document you visit, view, or edit.
Browsing history, cookies, or any tracking data outside the extension's own UI.
Personal information beyond what you voluntarily submit (e.g. your email address if you contact support).

2. What we do collect

An anonymous device ID generated locally and stored in chrome.storage.local. This ID is sent only to peakproductivity.online for two purposes: anonymous install / first-open / paywall counts (no prompt content), and Pro license verification.
An install date sent once with the first ping so we can count weekly active installs.
Your Pro license key, if you activate one. The key is checked against our license server and cached locally for 24 hours so you can keep working offline.

3. Optional host permissions

The extension can ask, at your request, for permission to interact with a specific AI site (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity). When granted, this permission is used only to insert a prompt into the active message box on that site when you press the Insert button. The extension never reads or transmits the contents of those pages.

4. Third-party AI providers

This extension does not send your prompts to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or any other AI provider on its own. When you press Copy or Insert, the prompt is placed on your clipboard or in the AI site's message box — and at that point you control whether to submit it. The extension itself never relays prompt content to any AI API.

5. Data retention

Your prompt library lives in your browser's local storage and is removed if you uninstall the extension or clear browser data. The anonymous install ID is retained on our server only to count weekly active installs and is not linked to your name, email, or browsing activity.

6. Children's privacy

The extension is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

7. Your rights

You can export your full library at any time from the Options page (Export JSON). You can delete it by uninstalling the extension or by clicking the trash icon next to each prompt. To request deletion of your anonymous install record from our server, email support@peakproductivity.online with the device ID shown on the Options page.
