Four steps to make AI Prompt Library Manager click. Takes about 90 seconds.

  1. Step 1

    Pin the extension

    Click the puzzle-piece icon at the top right of Chrome, then click the pin next to AI Prompt Library Manager. This keeps your prompt library one click away.

  2. Step 2

    Save your first prompt

    Two ways:

    • Click the extension icon, then the + button to write a new prompt.
    • Highlight any text on a webpage, right-click, and choose Save as Prompt.
  3. Step 3

    Use variables

    Wrap reusable bits in double braces. For example: Write a cold email to {{prospect}} about {{offer}}. When you copy or insert, you'll be prompted to fill them in.

  4. Step 4

    Insert into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity

    Open the side panel next to your AI tab and click Insert. The first time on each AI site, Chrome asks for permission — that's expected and only enables insert on that one site.

    Insert is a Pro feature. Copy works for everyone.
