Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the SEO Audit Pilot Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension. These Terms apply to all users, including users of the free tier, Pro plan, and Agency plan.

2. Description of Service

SEO Audit Pilot is a Chrome browser extension that performs on-page SEO analysis on web pages you visit. The Extension examines page elements including title tags, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, image alt text, canonical tags, robots directives, structured data, and (for paid plans) Core Web Vitals metrics.

3. Free Tier

The free tier is available at no cost and does not require an account or login. Free tier features include:

  • 5 page audits per calendar day (resets at midnight UTC)
  • Title tag, meta description, and heading analysis
  • Image alt-text scanning
  • Canonical, robots, and hreflang detection
  • One-click PDF export of single-page audits

The free tier is provided "as is" with no warranty. We reserve the right to modify free-tier features with reasonable notice, though we commit to keeping the daily audit quota at no less than 5 per day.

4. Pro and Agency Subscriptions

4.1 Plans and Pricing

  • Pro Monthly: $9/month
  • Pro Yearly: $69/year (save 36%)
  • Agency Monthly: $39/month

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. Monthly plans renew on the same calendar day each month. Yearly plans renew on the same date each year. You will be charged the then-current rate at the time of renewal.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@peakproductivity.online or through the extension settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your Pro or Agency access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • You will revert to the free tier at the end of the billing period.

4.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for the remainder of their current billing period. New pricing takes effect at the next renewal.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Extension within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us at support@peakproductivity.online for a full refund.

Refunds are not available for renewal charges. If you no longer wish to subscribe, please cancel before your renewal date.

6. License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension in accordance with these Terms. Your license key is for your personal or organizational use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing license keys is prohibited.

Agency plan licenses may be used by up to 3 team members within the same organization. Each team member must use the extension on their own Chrome profile.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Extension to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension.
  • Use automated tools to abuse the audit system or bypass rate limits.
  • Share your license key with individuals outside your organization.
  • Use the Extension to gain unauthorized access to websites or data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Extension will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • Audit results will be 100% accurate or complete.
  • The Extension will improve your search engine rankings.

SEO Audit Pilot provides analysis and suggestions. Implementation of suggestions and resulting SEO outcomes are your responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Productivity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Extension, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email (for paid subscribers) or through a notice in the Extension. Continued use of the Extension after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
