Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Social Card Preview Chrome extension and the related pages at peakproductivity.online (together, the "Service"), operated by Peak Productivity ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Social Card Preview lets you preview how a web page appears when shared on X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Slack, and Discord, and validates the page's Open Graph and Twitter Card tags. The free tier previews and validates the current browser tab locally. Paid (Pro) features include previewing pasted URLs, AI-generated card copy, bulk checks, and history.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, reverse engineering it beyond what the law permits, using it to send unlawful or infringing content to our backend, or using the pasted-URL feature to fetch content you are not authorized to access.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Pro is offered as a subscription at $4 per month or $29 per year. Prices are stated at checkout and may change for future billing periods with notice.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal linked in your receipt. After cancellation, Pro features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, email support@peakproductivity.online within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how the current-page read stays local and what limited data the optional Pro features transmit.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Peak Productivity and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Content you preview belongs to its respective owners.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Platform card layouts, crop ratios, and truncation rules change over time, and while we work to keep previews accurate, we do not warrant that a preview will exactly match how a third-party platform ultimately renders your link. You are responsible for verifying your final shared content.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Productivity will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify or discontinue features of the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Peak Productivity is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The specific governing jurisdiction is set out in our company information. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants you rights in your place of residence.
