Terms of Service

1. Who we are

ThreadSorter is a Chrome extension operated by Peak Productivity, a brand of Regios GmbH, Switzerland. By installing and using the extension you agree to these terms.

2. License to use

Peak Productivity grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use ThreadSorter on devices you own or control. Free features are available without payment. Pro features require an active subscription.

3. Subscription, billing, cancellation

Pro plans are subscription-only. There is no lifetime license and no one-time purchase. Plans available: $7/month or $49/year. Payment is processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the upgrade page or via Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

If something goes wrong in the first 14 days of a Pro subscription, contact support@peakproductivity.online and we will refund the most recent payment, no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use ThreadSorter to send unsolicited bulk email, automate sending in violation of Gmail's terms, or scrape data from accounts you do not own.
• Do not attempt to redistribute or resell the extension or the Pro license.
• Do not reverse engineer to circumvent the free / Pro boundary.

7. Third-party services

ThreadSorter integrates with Gmail (a Google product) on pages you already access in your browser. It does not request Google OAuth scopes. Stripe handles payment processing. If you reach our support inbox, the email may be processed via Mailcow (self-hosted) and Postgres on a Hetzner / Oracle server in Europe.

8. Warranty disclaimer

ThreadSorter is provided "as is". Gmail's HTML structure can change without notice; we do our best to keep selectors resilient and to fail visibly when they break. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Peak Productivity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ThreadSorter. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You can uninstall the extension at any time, which removes all local data. We may terminate or suspend service for material breach of these terms, with notice when reasonable.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zrich, Switzerland, except where applicable consumer protection law grants you a different forum.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change. Material changes will be noted on the home page; continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
