Terms of Service · AI Prompt Library Manager

By installing or using AI Prompt Library Manager ("the extension"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall the extension.

1. License

Peak Productivity grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the extension on devices you own or control. The Free tier is free of charge for up to 25 saved prompts on a single browser. The Pro tier requires a paid subscription or annual purchase.

2. Subscription & billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($5/month) or annually ($39/year) through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal link sent in your purchase email — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Refunds

Within 30 days of purchase, email support@peakproductivity.online for a full refund. No questions asked.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the extension to break the law, infringe on others' rights, or attempt to circumvent the license check. The extension is for personal productivity, not for redistributing prompt libraries you don't own.

5. Your data

Your prompts belong to you. The extension stores them locally in your browser and never transmits their contents. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The extension is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We make a best effort to keep it stable and useful, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or compatible with every future Chrome update or AI site layout.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Productivity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the extension. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the extension in the previous 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
