Billing FAQ

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Click the manage subscription link on any Stripe receipt or visit your billing portal. You keep Pro until the period ends, then it reverts to Free. No retention dance, no "are you sure" loop.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Full refund within 14 days of any charge, monthly or yearly, no questions asked. Email support@peakproductivity.online with your Stripe receipt ID.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly later?
Yes. Cancel monthly, then start the yearly plan. Or email support and we'll prorate the swap for you.
How many devices does one Pro license cover?
As many of your own devices as you personally use. The license activates per browser profile via your device ID. We do not enforce a hard cap, but please don't share your license outside your own workstations. For team plans, email support.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Your receipt goes to the email you provide at checkout.
