Privacy notice

Your PDF should stay yours.

This notice describes what the extension does with files, local settings, license checks, and limited product measurement.

Native extraction is local

When you use the native text workflow, the selected PDF is read inside the extension tab. The extension does not send the PDF bytes, page text, table cells, page title, browsing history, or generated CSV to our servers for that workflow.

What is stored on your device

Chrome local storage may contain your extraction settings, a small job history when you enable it, the daily free-page counter, a random product-measurement identifier, and the cached license state. You can clear history from Settings. Uninstalling the extension removes its local storage according to Chrome's behavior.

Limited product events

If the extension can reach the product service, it may send a limited event such as first open, extraction started, extraction succeeded, export attempted, or a Pro paywall shown. The event contains the extension identifier, version, interface language, feature and outcome categories, numeric counts where needed, and a random client identifier. It is designed not to contain PDF contents, table values, URLs, file names, page titles, or raw email addresses.

Network failure does not stop the native extraction workflow. The product event endpoint is hosted at peakproductivity.online.

License checks and checkout

When you refresh a license or use a paid feature, the extension may send its random device identifier and product slug to the license service so access can be checked. Payment details are handled by the hosted payment provider, not by the extension. The extension does not read or store payment card numbers.

OCR status

Image-only pages are identified locally. OCR is not included in this release. The extension does not upload PDF files or page images for OCR.

Third parties and legal requests

We use hosting, payment, and service providers only where needed to operate the product or measure anonymous product events. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service. We do not sell PDF contents.

Your choices

You can use the native workflow without creating an account, clear local history, and uninstall the extension. For privacy questions or a request about information tied to a license identifier, contact support@peakproductivity.online. Please do not email confidential PDF contents unless you have permission to share them.
