Simple terms for a focused tool.
By installing or using PDF Table to Excel - Batch Extractor, you agree to use it lawfully and to review exported data before relying on it.
1. The service
Peak Productivity provides a browser extension and related information pages that help you inspect table-shaped text in PDF files and export reviewed data. Features, limits, and availability may change as the product is improved.
2. Your responsibility for source files
You are responsible for having the right to open, process, upload, and export the PDFs you select. You are also responsible for checking the preview and exported file. PDF layouts vary, and the extension does not promise perfect table reconstruction or a particular business result.
3. Local and optional network features
The native extraction path is designed to run locally in the extension tab. Limited product measurement and license checks may use the product service. OCR is not included in this release. The privacy notice explains these paths.
4. Free and paid features
The free plan may include limits such as one native PDF and three pages per day. A paid plan may add batch documents, XLSX export, or higher page and file limits. OCR is not included in this release. Before a paid plan is enabled, the checkout page will show the price, renewal timing, and cancellation instructions. A paid plan does not remove the need to review results.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to break the law, infringe another person's rights, interfere with the service, bypass a limit or license, or upload material that you are not allowed to process. You must not attempt to reverse engineer payment or license controls for misuse.
6. Intellectual property
The extension, site design, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You keep your rights in the PDFs and data you process. You grant no ownership of your source files by using the native extraction path.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that every PDF, browser version, page layout, OCR result, export, or network service will work without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for decisions made solely from an unchecked extraction.
8. Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Peak Productivity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes and termination
We may change these terms or discontinue a feature by publishing an updated version. You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it. Access to a paid feature may end when a subscription is cancelled, refunded, or otherwise no longer active.
