By installing the Extension or accessing the Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
PromptDeck is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to save, organise, tag, and insert AI prompts on supported websites including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok. Services include the extension itself, license verification for paid plans, usage telemetry, and associated web pages.
Free plan: You may use PromptDeck at no charge with a limit of 50 saved prompts. The free plan stores data locally in your browser only. No account or payment is required.
Pro plan: The Pro plan is available by monthly subscription ($5/month) or annual subscription ($39/year). Pro removes the prompt limit and adds automatic prompt variables. Cloud sync, version history, and shared team libraries are roadmap features, not part of the current release.
Team plan: The Team plan ($15/month) includes all current Pro features for up to 5 seats and reserves access to the shared team library when it ships.
Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated before the next billing cycle.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by applicable law.
We do not store your payment card details. Stripe handles all payment data under their own terms and privacy policy.

The Extension, including its design, code, and associated materials, is owned by Peak Productivity and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Extension for your personal or internal business purposes.
Your prompt content remains yours. We make no claim of ownership over prompts you save in PromptDeck.
The Extension and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all future versions of Chrome or the supported AI platforms. Third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok) may change their interfaces at any time in ways that temporarily affect the Extension's functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peak Productivity's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension or Services at any time with reasonable notice. We will provide at least 30 days notice before removing a paid feature.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated via the Extension or email (if you have provided one). Continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
