Terms of Service

By installing or using Smart Templates for Gmail ("the extension"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall the extension.

1. Provider

The extension is provided by Regios GmbH, a Swiss company trading as Peak Productivity. Smart Templates for Gmail is an independent Chrome extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. "Gmail" is a trademark of Google LLC.

2. License

Regios GmbH grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the extension on devices you own or control. The Free tier is free of charge and limited to 5 saved gmail templates and 3 //shortcut expansions. The Pro Pass tier requires an active paid subscription.

3. Pro Pass subscription and billing

Pro Pass subscriptions are billed monthly at $9 USD or annually at $79 USD through Stripe. Pro Pass is a shared subscription that unlocks Smart Templates for Gmail and supported Peak Productivity extensions under a single payment. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal link included in your purchase email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

Within 30 days of your initial purchase, email support@peakproductivity.online for a full refund, no questions asked.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the extension to break the law, infringe on others' rights, send spam in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or similar laws, or attempt to circumvent the license check. The extension is provided for personal and professional productivity, not for unsolicited bulk email at scale.

6. Your data

Your gmail templates and email drafts belong to you. The extension stores templates locally in your browser. See the Privacy Policy for the full data handling description, including local template storage and license checks.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The extension is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We make a best effort to keep it stable and useful, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free, available at all times, or compatible with every future Chrome update or Gmail UI revision.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regios GmbH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the extension, including lost drafts, missed deliveries, or Gmail downtime. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the extension in the previous 12 months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of the canton of Zürich, Switzerland.

10. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
