1. Acceptance

By installing or using TikTok Shop Product Scout ("the extension"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension. These terms apply to both the free version and the Pro subscription.

2. License to use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TikTok Shop Product Scout for your own product research and sourcing purposes, subject to these terms. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the extension or its source code.

3. Free plan and Pro subscription

The on-page scorecard, real margin calculation, and go/no-go flags are free and remain free. Pro features (AI "would I test this?" analysis, saved watchlist, batch scoring, and CSV export) require a paid subscription.

Pricing$6 per month or $39 per year, billed via Stripe.
BillingYour subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
CancellationYou may cancel at any time from your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period.
RefundsWe do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month or mid-year, you keep access until the period ends but no partial refund is issued. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it promptly.

4. Estimate, not financial advice or a guarantee

TikTok Shop Product Scout calculates margin estimates based on the fee structure and inputs you provide. These are estimates only, not financial advice and not a guarantee of any particular profit or outcome. Actual results depend on your supplier costs, shipping rates, return rates, content performance, market conditions, and TikTok's fee schedules, which may change without notice.

You are solely responsible for your own sourcing, pricing, and business decisions. The extension is a research aid to help you filter products faster. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for any investment or purchasing decision.

You may use TikTok Shop Product Scout for any lawful product-research purpose. You agree not to:

TikTok Shop Product Scout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the margin calculations or scores will be accurate for your specific situation, that the extension will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will be suitable for any particular purpose. TikTok's fee structure and platform policies change without notice and may not be immediately reflected in the extension.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Productivity and its authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TikTok Shop Product Scout, including but not limited to lost sales, sourcing losses, margin shortfalls, or account suspensions. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Third-party services

The Pro subscription is processed by Stripe, Inc. and is subject to Stripe's terms. TikTok Shop is a product of TikTok Ltd. and is subject to its own terms. We are not affiliated with TikTok and are not responsible for changes to their platform or fee structure.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
