Billing FAQ
How does the subscription work?
Pick Monthly ($5/mo) or Yearly ($29/yr). The charge happens once per period through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. There is no lifetime plan and no one-time purchase.
Will I be charged anything to use the free plan?
No. The free plan gives you 3 study packs per week forever, no card, no email. Pro is a separate Stripe subscription you start only when you want it.
How do I cancel?
Open the receipt Stripe emailed you and click the Stripe customer portal link. Or email support@peakproductivity.online and we will cancel within one business day. You keep Pro access through the period you already paid for.
Can I switch from Monthly to Yearly?
Yes. Cancel Monthly and start Yearly, or email support and we will prorate the switch. Yearly saves 52% over paying monthly for a year.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Within 30 days of any charge, we refund in full, no questions. Email support@peakproductivity.online.
What payment methods are supported?
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay where Stripe enables them. Stripe handles your card data; we never see it.
Will my Pro plan move to another browser?
Sign in with the same email at support@peakproductivity.online activation flow on any Chrome installation you personally use. Cross-device library sync is on the roadmap, not shipped yet.
What if YouTube changes how captions work?
We treat that as a P0 incident. The free flow has to keep working, otherwise Pro has no value either. We monitor for breakage and ship a hot-fix.
