How do I install the Chrome extension? expand_more
You can install our extension directly from the Chrome Web Store. Click the "Add to Chrome" button on our product page, and follow the browser prompts to grant necessary permissions. Once installed, pin the extension to your toolbar for easy access.
Can I use the extension on multiple devices? expand_more
Chrome may sync an installed extension between desktop browsers when Chrome Sync is enabled. Only settings stored with
chrome.storage.sync can follow you, and the exact behavior depends on the extension and your Chrome settings.
What's the difference between Free and Pro? expand_more
Free and Pro features vary by extension and version. The current extension interface identifies its available features and limits. The portfolio subscription activates supported Pro features in eligible current builds.
How do I update my billing information? expand_more
After checkout, use the Manage Billing button on the thank-you page to open the secure Stripe billing portal. If you no longer have that page, email support@peakproductivity.online from the same email you used at checkout and we will send you a private billing link. There is no separate password-based web account.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied? expand_more
Contact support within 30 days of the initial purchase to request the voluntary refund policy. It does not automatically apply to later renewals. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
The extension isn't working. What should I do? expand_more
First, try refreshing the page. If that doesn't work, clear your browser cache or reinstall the extension. Ensure you are on the latest version of Chrome. If the issue persists, use the email form below to open a support draft.
