Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to Peak Productivity Chrome extensions, websites, and related paid services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Regios GmbH, Ostenbergstrasse 11, 4410 Liestal, Switzerland ("Regios GmbH", "we", "us", or "our").

By using the Service or buying a paid plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Mandatory rights that apply to you as a consumer are not limited by these Terms.

Peak Productivity provides a changing catalog of Chrome browser extensions and optional paid features. The catalog includes tools for focus, media, documents, writing, translation, recording, browser management, research, and related workflows.

The Service is provided through the Google Chrome Web Store and our websites at peakproductivity.online and related domains.

Product descriptions and the interface shown in a currently installed extension identify the features available in that product version. Automated results can be incomplete or wrong and must be checked before they are used for an important decision.

Free features: Many extensions provide core features without payment. Availability and limits vary by product and version. We may change, replace, or discontinue free features.

Paid features: An individual plan or the Peak Productivity Pro portfolio plan unlocks only the paid features supported by the current build of each eligible extension. Not every extension, feature, integration, limit, or future product is included. Check the extension and checkout description before buying.

We may change features to maintain security, compatibility, legal compliance, and product quality. If a change materially reduces a paid service during a prepaid period, any remedy required by applicable law remains available.

The product, price, currency, billing period, included features, and renewal terms shown immediately before checkout form part of your purchase. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the displayed interval until cancelled.

If a one-time or "lifetime" plan is offered, it means access for the supported commercial life of the purchased product or service. It does not mean the buyer's lifetime, guaranteed operation forever, every future product, or every future feature.

Paid access begins after successful payment and entitlement activation. You may cancel a recurring plan through the Stripe billing portal available after checkout, through a supported extension's billing control, or by contacting support from the email used at checkout.

Upon cancellation of a monthly or yearly plan, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your chosen payment method.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date. If a payment fails, paid access may be limited or suspended until the payment issue is resolved.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes may be added based on your location and will be shown at checkout.

Unless a product page states a more favorable policy, we offer a 30-day refund window on the initial purchase of a paid plan. This voluntary policy does not automatically cover later renewals. Statutory refund, withdrawal, defect, and consumer rights remain unaffected.

To request a refund, contact us at support@peakproductivity.online with your account email and reason for the refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.

Refund requests outside the voluntary window are reviewed under applicable law and the circumstances of the request.

The Service and its software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by Regios GmbH, its licensors, or the relevant rights holder and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your subscription or use of the free tier grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used in the Service are the property of their respective owners.

You are responsible for the content, accounts, sites, and services you access with an extension. Obtain any permission required before downloading, recording, transcribing, tracking, scraping, translating, modifying, or sharing content. Follow applicable law and the rules of third-party platforms.

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of our extensions.
• Share, resell, or redistribute your Pro subscription credentials to others.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

We may suspend paid or hosted services where reasonably necessary to stop abuse, protect users, comply with law, or address a material breach. We will provide notice where reasonably possible and legally permitted.

The Service is provided with the functionality described for the relevant product and version. Compatibility can change when Chrome, websites, operating systems, or third-party services change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free automated results, search ranking, legal compliance, security certification, or compatibility with every site or file.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Regios GmbH is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or loss caused by content, settings, files, automated output, or third-party services outside our reasonable control.

For paid services, our aggregate contractual liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.

Keep backups before using tools that modify, delete, convert, merge, rename, or export files or browser data.

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling our extensions and cancelling your subscription (if applicable). To cancel your Pro subscription, contact us at support@peakproductivity.online or use your account settings.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

If we terminate your account due to a violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees. If we terminate the Service entirely, active subscribers will receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of their subscription period.

We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date and provide additional notice where applicable law requires it.

Changes do not remove mandatory rights or retroactively change a completed purchase where applicable law does not permit that result.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory law that applies to you. Courts at the registered office of Regios GmbH have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer or procedural law permits or requires another forum.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
