Terms of Service

By accessing or using any Peak Productivity Chrome extensions, websites, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By installing any of our extensions or subscribing to Peak Productivity Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Peak Productivity provides a suite of 17 Chrome browser extensions designed to enhance productivity, along with an optional premium subscription service ("Peak Productivity Pro" or "PP Pro"). Our extensions include tools for focus management, image downloading, citation generation, cache management, translation, screen recording, video screenshots, file conversion, AI writing assistance, PDF management, color picking, domain checking, tab management, page auto-refresh, and more.

The Service is provided through the Google Chrome Web Store and our websites at peakproductivity.online and related domains.

Free Tier: All Peak Productivity extensions include a free tier with core functionality. Free features are available indefinitely at no cost and do not require an account or subscription. We reserve the right to modify the scope of free features with reasonable notice.

Pro Tier: Peak Productivity Pro unlocks premium features across all extensions, including but not limited to: cloud sync, advanced API integrations, priority customer support, early access to new features, and extended usage limits. The specific Pro features available in each extension may vary and are described on our pricing page and within each extension.

We may introduce, modify, or discontinue features in either tier at our discretion. Significant changes to Pro features will be communicated to active subscribers in advance.

Peak Productivity Pro is available under the following plans:

• Monthly Plan: $9 per month, billed monthly. Renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• Yearly Plan: $79 per year, billed annually. Renews automatically each year until cancelled.
• Lifetime Plan: $149 one-time payment. Provides permanent access to all Pro features with no recurring charges.

All subscriptions provide immediate access to Pro features upon successful payment. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Upon cancellation of a monthly or yearly plan, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your chosen payment method.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to Pro features until the payment issue is resolved. We will notify you by email of any payment failures and provide a reasonable grace period before suspending access.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes may be added based on your location and will be shown at checkout.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans, including the lifetime plan. If you are not satisfied with Peak Productivity Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal.

To request a refund, contact us at peakproductivity@regios.org with your account email and reason for the refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.

Refund requests made after the 30-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

The Service and all of its contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, code, designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, and images) are owned by Peak Productivity, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription or use of the free tier grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used in the Service are the property of their respective owners.

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of our extensions.
• Share, resell, or redistribute your Pro subscription credentials to others.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these conduct rules, with or without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peak Productivity and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling our extensions and cancelling your subscription (if applicable). To cancel your Pro subscription, contact us at peakproductivity@regios.org or use your account settings.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

If we terminate your account due to a violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees. If we terminate the Service entirely, active subscribers will receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of their subscription period.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active Pro subscribers via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wuppertal, Germany.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
